Safety at the job site is the number one priority for every company. Workers in hazardous occupations face multiple dangers, and remote locations make access to medical care much more difficult and time consuming. Minutes and hours after a serious accident are extremely critical, and ambulances coming from distant cities are slow to respond and frequently get lost trying to locate the job site.

Having an onsite Tufport™ Mobile Treatment Center (MTC) or Emergency Transport Vehicle (ETV) can make the difference between life and death of an injured worker—providing a fast response and safe transportation to a hospital. An MTC or ETV is a cost-effective solution to quality emergency care and transportation needs for all crew sizes.

Tufports™ are the only life saving transport slide-in units that have roll-over protection that complies with Transport Canada (CMVSS) Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. Light weight at only 1200lbs, your Tufport™ can be easily mounted on any full-size pickup truck—and can be transferred quickly from vehicle to vehicle as required.

MTC (Medical TRansport Centre)

• transports two injured workers on stretchers and one first aid attendant
• 6 foot interior height
• includes sink with running water
• may be used in place of a first aid facility or emergency vehicle

ETV (Emergency Transport Vehicle)

• transports one injured worker on a stretcher and one first aid attendant
• 5 foot interior height

IAV

• transports two injured workers on stretchers and one first aid attendant
• 5 foot interior height

Easily mounted on any full size pickup, these off-road ambulances provide a more sensible solution than permanently dedicated vehicles. Each durable ambulance will outlast several trucks, and when necessary can be moved easily to available vehicles.
